About the job Area Operations OfficerToyota Motor Philippines is looking for Area Operations Officerto join our Sales Distribution Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.An Area Operations Officer is responsible in overseeing the sales performance of our dealer network. You will have direct coordination to our dealer network and affiliates to streamline processes, set performance and sales target, and establish guidelines and strategies.In this role, you will bridge the gap between Toyota Motor Philippines and its dealer network. You will also be assigned to monitor the sales performance and management of vehicle unit allocation.You will be given opportunity to explore, conceptualize and propose strategies to help achieve targets and provide quality service to our customers.Your role and responsibilities:

Frequent Dealer visits.
Dealer sales and vehicle unit management.
Coordination for unit management and allocation.
Marketing and sales performance evaluation.
Dealer performance evaluation and investigation.
Coordinate with business partners to gather information and identify the support needed.

Our perfect match:

You have a bachelor's degree in Economics, Or any Business/Marketing-Related course.
You must have a VALID Philippines Driver's License
You can make customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
You can develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
You are proactive; taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
You continuously seek opportunities to address problems and challenges the current state of the organization.

Skills required:

Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
Highly organized, detail oriented.
Ability to coordinate with diverse range of personalities and groups.
High analytical skills.
