- Work with Business Unit stakeholders in the design, review, and update of the program/curricula for technical training based on process requirements.
- Develop training modules.
- Prepare logistical requirements for certification, recertification, and qualification and cross-training activities and confirm attendance of target learners.
- Facilitate certification, recertification, and qualification and cross-training activities.
- Manage overall records of technical training.
- Guide area owners in updating versatility matrix.
- Perform training evaluation (training evaluation form, examination, actual performance assessment).
- Participate in continuous process improvement activities.
- Conducts employee introductory training and on boarding.
- Deploys awareness training to targeted personnel.
- Coordinate and conduct process related training (classroom training, e-learning and other computer-aided instructional technologies).
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the technical training program from stakeholders’ inputs, employee performance and result of quality systems audit.
- Perform other related job duties as required
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a trainer or related role.
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing assembly processes, and/or assembly training manuals creation, technical requirements interpretation (PS, LCPS, FSI-PS, MPS etc.)
- Strict adherence to training metrics align to BU requirements.
- Organize and able to create multiple timelines and schedules. Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities.
- Preferably with experience within a manufacturing environment in the areas of Production, Engineering or Quality.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
- Strong analytical skills in manufacturing process and business process.
- Good understanding of Quality Management System.
- Strong commitment to develop people and coaching capability.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and instructional software.
