- Set up, configure, and manage GHL accounts, sub-accounts, and user permissions.
- Design and implement custom fields, tags, and pipelines within the GHL CRM.
- Build, optimize, and maintain high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, and websites within GHL.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and optimal user experience across all GHL-built assets.
- Develop, implement, and refine complex automation workflows (e.g., email sequences, SMS campaigns, voicemail drops, call routing).
- Set up triggers, campaigns, and smart lists to automate lead nurturing, customer communication, and internal processes.
- Manage and optimize lead capture forms, surveys, and booking calendars.
- Ensure accurate data flow and integrity within the GHL CRM, managing contacts, opportunities, and pipeline stages.
- Implement strategies for lead scoring and segmentation.
- Integrate GHL with other essential business tools and third-party applications (e.g., payment gateways, scheduling tools, analytics platforms) using native integrations or Zapier/APIs.
- Generate and analyze performance reports within GHL to track key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, campaign ROI, pipeline health).
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data.
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on GHL functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest GHL features, updates, and industry best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance GHL utilization and efficiency.
- Proven Expert-Level Experience: Minimum of [2] years of hands-on, in-depth experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex funnels, workflows, and integrations within GHL.
- Digital Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including lead generation, sales funnels, email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM best practices.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
