- Deliver Technical Solutions: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements, using out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development where needed.
- Lead Platform Configuration: Configure modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD), build workflows, and manage integrations with third-party systems via APIs or IntegrationHub.
- Engage with Clients and Stakeholders: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance on platform capabilities, and ensure solution alignment with business goals.
- Ensure Quality and Governance: Follow best practices for coding, documentation, security, and data management; support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements, identify opportunities for automation, and stay current with ServiceNow innovations and roadmap updates.

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration across core applications (e.g. ITSM, HRSD, CSM).
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow platform architecture
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting.
- Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
