Description: Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and lead recruitment activities for External Relations (Academe linkages, Local government unit, external partners, and recruitment branding) 2. Assist in the preparation and execution of recruitment strategies for the site and review performance against plan. 3. Build and maintain a strong and effective candidate pipeline possessing key talent potentially available for immediate hiring and for succession planning. 4. Responsible for creating, monitoring, and auditing various recruitment reports and report results and discrepancies to management. 5. Acquire deep knowledge of working systems and bringing efficient and effective changes for better performance. 6. Support the full lifecycle recruitment process. Qualifications: 1.Education College Graduate or Bachelors Degree preferably in Communications, Psychology or Human Resources or any related course 2. Experience Two years of experience required Handled Volume Recruitment/hiring (BPO Volume Recruitment would be an advantage) Requirements: Skills: (Not indicated)
