What You Will Be Doing Build BrainLifts: Develop structured, continuously evolving repositories of expert insights that enhance AI tools, guide strategic decisions, and demonstrate your domain mastery. Execute Product Iterations: Deliver focused, data-driven product enhancements weekly that systematically advance the product toward defined measurable outcomes. Cultivate Domain Expertise: Acquire and systematize deep understanding in your specific domain, enabling higher-quality team decisions, precisely tailored outputs, and authoritative market communication. What You Won't Be Doing Committing to month-long feature development cycles; our cadence demands weekly feature delivery Creating exhaustive PRDs, managing endless backlogs, or documenting every conceivable screen and edge case Designing technical architecture or developing software solutions Basic Requirements Senior AI Product Manager key responsibilities 4+ years in product leadership positions within product companies, with proven experience personally shaping complete software product visions, defining roadmaps, and implementing improvements based on metrics or customer feedback (must be full products, not features or modules within larger products, and not internal, outsourced, or single-customer development) Demonstrated experience in product management of enterprise software, with clear understanding of the unique dynamics of how large organizations evaluate, purchase, and implement software solutions Demonstrated enthusiasm and aptitude for integrating AI into your daily workflow (research, analysis, synthesis, or strategy development) About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
