You'll coordinate and schedule interviews, manage calendars, maintain meticulous records, handle CV formatting, and ensure the integrity of our global applicant tracking system (ATS). Job Overview: Employment Type: Full Time Shift: Shifting Work Setup: Temporary WFH (Any office in the PH - Quezon City, Ortigas, Makati, Baguio, Pampanga) Master Your Craft: Become a Recruitment Maestro Recruitment Coordination Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, organizational prowess, and adept record-keeping skills Coordinates and schedules interviews, managing calendars for all hiring teams and candidates Maintains meticulous records of applicant interactions and tracks recruitment progress Handles CV formatting and cost sheet responsibilities Ensures integrity of the global applicant tracking system (ATS) by accurately logging pertinent information Inputs necessary data into process trackers and the applicant database promptly Manages all aspects of all vendor candidate interview scheduling, including candidate correspondence and timely communication with recruiters and hiring managers Updates and maintains the integrity of databases and trackers Provides administrative support for the offer process, collecting interview guides and distributing new employee information for smooth onboarding Onboarding Manage the onboarding process from candidate identification to go-live process Client Journey Demonstrate exceptional client management skills Conduct follow-ups with clients through email for check-in journeys Coordinate team members efficiently for evaluations Assist in organizing presentations, meetings, and events for both client and internal purposes Administrative Tasks Provide support to the recruiting and operations teams on ongoing projects Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing processes or introduce new ones Attend team meetings and calibration sessions with Global Partners and the internal team Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Elevate Your Skills: Unlock Your Potential with the Essential Qualities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Highly organized and proactive Excellent Communication - verbal and written Self-motivated and desire to create opportunities Intermediate skills in Excel and presentations Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Willing to work in shifting schedule Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to closely follow detailed processes. College Degree Holder preferred or should have finished at least 2nd-year college.
