QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in any four-year collegiate course, preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in Labor Relations. Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, including DOLE regulations and compliance requirements. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and organize data for reports and presentations. JOB SCOPE: Oversee and enhance employee relations initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment. Address employee concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies and legal standards. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labor relations matters to support employees and management.
