Role: Business Development Representative Work Arrangement: Work From Office Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Cebu Schedule: Night Shift Job Description WFO - Work-From-Office is a setup based in Angeles/Cebu/Mabalacat/Makati/Ortigas. We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on lead generation to support our outbound sales efforts. As a BDR, your primary goal will be to identify and qualify potential customers, delivering a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team. This is not a direct sales role but a critical position for driving top-of-funnel activity and fueling business growth. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify leads: Make 75100 outbound calls daily to identify and connect with potential customers. Conduct conversations: Engage in meaningful and professional conversations with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as leads. Generate high-quality leads: Deliver 5 qualified leads per week to the outbound sales team, ensuring alignment with target customer profiles. Leverage research and tools: Utilize CRM systems, prospecting tools, and other resources to identify and connect with potential customers. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams: Work closely with the outbound sales team to refine lead generation strategies and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads. Track and report performance: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, lead generation metrics, and pipeline progress in the CRM. Stay informed: Stay up to date on industry trends, target market dynamics, and company offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects. Qualification And Requirements IT cold calling experience Proven experience in a lead generation or business development role (preferably in B2B environments). Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects over the phone and email. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering consistent results. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Daily outreach: Minimum of 75100 calls/emails per day. Conversations: Maintain meaningful conversations per day (determined by team goals). Weekly leads: Deliver 5 qualified leads per week to the sales team. Non-Negotiable Skills & Requirements IT cold calling experience Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects over the phone and email.
