A leading premium beauty and wellness group is looking for a Brand & Digital Marketing Consultant to lead integrated marketing efforts across digital and traditional platforms. This role plays a key part in building brand equity, driving customer engagement, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies that support brand growth across skincare clinics, skincare lines, and wellness services. Manage end-to-end campaigns across digital (social media, paid ads, email, SEO/SEM) and offline channels. Maintain a cohesive and elevated brand identity across all customer touchpoints. Lead and mentor the marketing team including social media, digital, content, and creatives. Work closely with the PR & Events, Sales, and Product teams to support campaigns and new launches. Oversee website performance, paid media, content calendars, influencer partnerships, and digital activations. Analyze marketing performance using key metrics and optimize based on data insights. Track competitor trends and adapt marketing efforts accordingly. Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation and strong ROI. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. At least 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with 3+ years in a managerial role. Solid background in brand strategy, campaign execution, and digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email, CMS, etc.). Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
