Job Description: Plan and allocate RCs LH requirements, RC to LM Hub and vice versa for RTS, intra Samar Leyte Island LH scheduling for backloads & FM transfer. Monitor intra VisMin activity incoming/outgoing LH, from SOC to RC to Hubs, backloads & RTS. Provide updates to origin/destination, through pre-alerts via email & seatalk (viber & skype for backroom). Update tracker sheets daily to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. Validate partnership billing based on recorded trips & forward to IS team MNL. Ensure the smooth flow of Midmile Operations at RCs and the safety of the team. Monitor pre-booking linehaul requirements for RC to Hub, RTS, and intra VisMin requirements. Ensure updates status of shipments upon transporting until transported to every Hubs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management prefered. Knowledge of transportation management systems and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to details. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
