JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 CebuAbout the Role of Marketing ManagerAs a Marketing Manager it is responsible for driving sales performance across the business through their use of marketing tools. It supports the Director of Sales & Marketing in delivering business growth and partner loyalty. This is achieved through data-driven insights, optimising processes, and aligning sales and marketing efforts to achieve great business outcomes.This is a hands-on role perfect for an analytical, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both strategic thinking and tactical execution.Key Responsibilities

Design and execute marketing campaigns to increase partner engagement and business performance. Both B2B and B2C utilising our 175,000 strong database.
Automate marketing and CRM efforts utilising client and partner data to drive performance.
Prepare monthly reports detailing campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
Create, manage and enhance content across digital, web, social media, and traditional channels.
Create and deliver effective point of sales material to the sales team
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Draft and deliver communication pieces for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain stakeholder communications and respond promptly to customer queries.
Ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business goals through cross-functional collaboration.

Strategic & Financial Planning

Set budgets and help plan yearly marketing activities.
Support the planning process when needed, making sure the Sales team has the right info and is involved at the right time.

Decision-Making Authority

Liaise with peers, and clients to identify and implement optimal solutions.
Take ownership of decisions impacting marketing performance.

Job Challenges & Problem Solving

Manage high workloads while maintaining organisation and focus.
Deliver clear processes and information to a mobile, diverse team.
Handle sensitive data with professionalism and confidentiality.
Stay current with digital trends, SEO/SEM strategies, and analytics tools.
Adapt flexibly to support the sales team and resolve issues proactively.
Present complex data insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Internal Relationships

Engage with all levels of staff, from the CEO to junior team members, across all divisions.
Manage Marketing Support staff to assist in the achievement of goals.

About YouQualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree of greater in marketing
Minimum 3 years experience in a hands-on marketing role
Proven experience in strategic planning, campaign execution, and CRM management.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
Experience with SEO/SEM strategy and keyword research.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
