- Assists/Supports in conducting scheduled preventive maintenance of plant machinery, facilities, and equipment.
- Monitor the working condition of all machinery/equipment by checking/recording daily/monthly check sheets.
- Assists in the installation/commissioning and trial runs of new machinery and equipment including preventive maintenance/repairs conducted by outside contractors.
- Assists/supports in troubleshooting, analysis, and repair of machine/equipment breakdowns.
- Conducts proper operation, cleaning, and caring of equipment and machinery.
- Identifies necessary engineering-related materials/tools/spare parts for procurement.
- Makes necessary reports on the condition/repair done on the machine and equipment.
- Participates in the continuous improvement of processes, equipment, facilities, and maintenance system.
- Ensures all firefighting and safety equipment such as emergency lights, water hoses, smoke detectors, and portable extinguishers are in good working condition.
- Regularly implements 5S and safety procedures within the premises.
- Supervises the activities of the Plant Maintenance Technician.
- Contribute to the establishment of procedures, work instructions, and necessary documentation.
- Participates in conducting Risk Assessment and Machine Failure Mode and Effect Analysis.
- Helps and contributes to the formulation of Corrective Action Reports.
- Assists Engineering Manager in Pollution Control activities and other related tasks.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned or deemed necessary by Immediate Superiors.
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineer
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
