Established in 1874, we have grown to become the world leader in mining and civil blasting with a diverse of team of more than 13,000 across the world.It's an exciting time to join us - we are shaping the future of mining through digital and automated technologies, embracing new ways of thinking, pioneering innovation and reimagining the way we work.About the roleWe are extremely excited to announce that we are inviting candidate applications for a Planning Coordinator to be based in our Manila office in Pasig City on a hybrid working setup (night shift role as this is going to support North America).The Planning Coordinator will provide customer service excellence by linking manufacturing and operations to deliver daily requirements on time and efficiently ensuring that daily and weekly demand signals are identified early and acted on swiftly at each site.What you will be doing

Plans daily delivery priorities with transport operators based on materials requirements planning (MRP) to meet customer demands.
Coordinates daily scheduling and confirms capacity between supply points and outbound distribution centers.
Publishes and communicates daily manufacturing and distribution plans, monitoring and addressing any issues impacting customers.
Maintains material master data settings by site, including safety stock and re-order point calculations, to support effective MRP runs.
Implements best practices for stock management, ensuring accurate production posting and inventory movements.
Utilizes Distribution Replenishment process to communicate and achieve required delivery dates for each destination.
Aligns marketplace activities with production priorities, communicating effectively across teams.
Prioritizes tasks in collaboration with stakeholders when demand and supply are unbalanced.
Collaborates with business and customers to enhance forecast/order reliability on a weekly and daily basis.
Captures and communicates delivery and manufacturing data to key stakeholders as needed, implementing, and controlling master production schedules and MRP processes.

What you will bring

Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Transportation and other relevant B2B Marketing industries
Must be able to pass pre-employment medical checks.
Degree qualified in business, logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply Chain / Planning roles.
Open to work and support North American time zone.
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP), preferable SAP, and material requirements planning (MRP).
Experience in IBP tool enabled business processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
