Sales Recruitment and Training Conduct high-impact orientation seminars for In-House Sales Groups, Broker Networks, and Special Brokers. Lead the onboarding and training of In-House Sales Agents, ensuring timely accreditation as Property Specialists. Design and deliver targeted sales skills development programs for the Sales and Marketing team. Plan and facilitate quarterly general assemblies, planning sessions, award ceremonies, sales rallies, and other sales force events in coordination with the Director of Sales and Marketing. Interview and evaluate sales agent applicants to ensure alignment with the company's skill, training, and behavioral standards. Recommend and implement training and development initiatives for Sales Managers and high-potential sales staff. Develop impactful training materials, presentations, and resources to support effective learning. Coordinate closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing, as well as relevant managers, to ensure smooth execution of training activities. Prepare and manage training budgets to ensure cost-effective program delivery for the sales force. Employee Training and Development Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to identify employee development requirements and align training programs accordingly. Collaborate with managers and department heads to validate training needs, prioritize learning initiatives, and monitor training budgets. Source, coordinate, and manage external training providers for leadership, management, technical, and general development programs. Design and implement evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitate teambuilding workshops and group development sessions to foster team cohesion and collaboration.
