You will be responsible for executing the delivery of the HelloFresh experience worldwide for our internal customers (B2B). As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and for ensuring customer satisfaction. Using the latest technology, you will be designing user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets - all the while, contributing to our design system. You will collaborate with our wider design team, helping us change the way people eat forever. Qualifications, Duties, And Responsibilities Implement designs, up to and including high-fidelity user interfaces. Optimize existing user interface designs. Capture technical design requirements for hand-over to development. Utilize the HelloFresh and Enterprise (B2B) design system in your work, extending it where necessary. Create new designs including user flows, wireframes, site maps, prototypes, and supporting documentation in partnership with design leads or product designers to rationalize and justify design work and advocate for all types of users' needs. Ability to create prototypes from established user flows. Support our design QA and visual quality assurance process. Requirements And Qualifications 2-3 years of experience as a UI Designer or a similar role. Ability to discuss and explain design decisions. Detail-oriented and working in a structured way. A willingness to learn. Solid understanding of Figma and prototyping tools is required. Knowledge of working in an agile environment and familiarity with Agile tools, such as Jira and Confluence Excellent English communication skills A design portfolio featuring UI work is necessary. It should demonstrate your experience and your design thinking process. Possessing a background in Enterprise Experience would be advantageous. Benefits Unused leave credits can be converted into money for a maximum of 5 days, provided at the end of the year. 13th-month pay is calculated proportionally based on the duration of employment. Long Service Benefit is granted at a rate of 0.5 times your monthly basic salary per year of service, capped at a maximum of 2 monthly salaries. Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage is available for the principal employee from the first day of employment and for one dependent after one year. Group Life Insurance is provided. Paid time off includes 10 days per year during the first year of employment, and 20 days per year starting from the second year of employment.
