You will prioritize multiple tasks effectively and deliver technical design documents. Understanding the workflow engines is necessary.
Responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
4+ years experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform
Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting
Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues
Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment
Fluent verbal and written English language skills
Willingness to travel and most of all…
A sense of humor

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

Minimum: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM)
Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule: 6AM - 3PM or 1PM - 10PM and/or 8PM - 5AM
