Are you passionate about solving complex challenges on a global scale? We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Network Engineer Tier 2 (Firewall) to join our team!As a Senior Network Engineer (Firewall) you'll be responsible for the configuration, deployment, and day to day management of our customer's next generation firewall solution (Palo Alto and Juniper) in a 24 X 7 X 365 environment. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring, configuration changes, Firewall rule updates, accounts, and software updates while working alongside our team of cybersecurity experts.What will you be doing:

Act as a subject matter expert for the customer's enterprise firewall solution.
Manage day to day firewall operations, implementing firewall rule requests, configuration changes, and code upgrades as needed.
Incorporate and follow all change management processes and procedures as outlined by the customer.
Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving a wide variety of client firewall issues.
Participate in security and vulnerability risk assessments of the enterprise firewall environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of four (4-6) years of experience with managing enterprise firewall solutions.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Primary experience with Palo Alto next generation firewall platform managed through Panorama and Juniper SRX firewall platform managed through JunOS Space.
Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
Solid foundation in networking concepts, protocols/ports and their real-world application in troubleshooting complex network issues

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional (CCNA, CCNP), or other relevant technical certifications such as Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA), Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE) etc.
Prior experience with IT security devices such as F5 Load balancers, site to site VPN and Network IPS
Experience with change control policy and procedures.
An understanding of ITIL processes.
