About the Role We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing direction of our ecommerce and retail business. The role requires a visionary leader who can develop strategies that strengthen our market presence, build high-impact partnerships, and deliver sustainable business growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing both online and offline initiatives, managing the marketing team, and ensuring that all campaigns and activations align with the company's brand values and business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to shape the brand presence of RZ Ecommerce Corporation, a growing company established in 2020. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Define and implement the overall marketing strategy for ecommerce and retail, ensuring alignment with the company's growth targets. Develop and manage partnerships with malls, pharmaceutical companies, and retail outlets to expand market opportunities. Establish strategic partnerships aligned with brand key messages and target markets. Lead annual marketing planning, budget allocation, and performance forecasting to ensure ROI-driven initiatives. Serve as a key advisor to Top Management on brand, market trends, and consumer insights. Managing Marketing & Digital Campaigns Oversee the development, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. Ensure campaigns are data-driven, innovative, and aligned with business goals. Drive multi-channel strategies that enhance brand visibility and conversion. SEO & SEM - Apply knowledge of organic ranking strategies, keyword optimization, and paid search campaigns. Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing. Email & Retention Marketing - Execute CRM-based campaigns, implement marketing automation, and oversee loyalty programs to increase retention. Content & Social Media Strategy - Plan and execute engaging, conversion-driven content across multiple platforms. Retail & Trade Marketing Management Direct the development of retail merchandising strategies, including consumer promotions, packaging innovations, and in-store visibility requirements. Oversee collaboration with trade and retail partners to ensure optimal shelf placement, merchandising compliance, and sales lift. Drive category growth initiatives by organizing and leading participation in industry events, trade shows, and activations. Brand Stewardship & Communications Provide strategic direction for brand positioning and messaging across all platforms and touchpoints. Maintain brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone of voice across digital, retail, and partnership-driven campaigns. Build brand awareness and loyalty through strategies that increase visibility, engage customers, and enhance long-term relationships. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with research and development, sales, operations, and customer service teams to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. Align marketing strategies with business priorities to ensure integrated execution. Analytics & Insights Analyze and report on brand performance, monitoring key metrics such as awareness, engagement, sales, CAC, CLV, and ROI. Conduct market research on consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies. Utilize analytics tools to continuously improve campaign performance and market positioning. Innovation & Market Awareness Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive. Introduce innovative strategies and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and performance excellence. Manage external relationships with agencies, influencers, affiliates, and retail partners to broaden brand reach. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial leadership role within ecommerce and retail. Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships with malls, pharmaceutical companies, and key retail channels. Strong expertise in digital marketing, trade marketing, retail merchandising, and campaign leadership. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical and business-minded, with a proven ability to drive measurable growth. Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution excellence.
