Civil Engineer

• Design/propose construction projects.
• Conducts feasibility studies to assess the viability of a project.
• Collaborate with outsourced engineers and other professionals to develop project plans and specifications.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed blueprint of the project.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, regulations and standards.

• Supervise and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Develop project timelines and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors, subcontractors and construction teams.

• Conduct site inspection to identify and address issues related to safety and quality.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the durability and safety of structures.

• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Conduct regular inspection of the building to identify maintenance needs, structural issues and safety concerns. Develop reports on findings.

• Develop maintenance plans and schedules to address identified issues and ensure the long term integrity of structures.
