You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibilityAs the Post Trade Data Team Lead, you will lead the in-region team to deliver high-quality data governance and data operations outcomes across post-trade processes, systems, and datasets. You will provide hands-on, day-to-day leadership to data management and data operations analysts, setting clear priorities, building team capability, and ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time. Acting as the in-region escalation point, you will proactively resolve issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure deadlines are met.In this role, you will oversee activities such as metadata management, lineage documentation, control mapping, data quality management, and manual adjustments, while ensuring consistency, completeness, and quality of outputs from the Manila post-trade data team. You will provide pragmatic recommendations to address data issues and will step in as needed to cover gaps or support delivery during peak periods, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability for post-trade data outcomes.What you offerPress space or enter keys to toggle section visibility

Experience in data management or data governance, or as a senior data, business, or technical analyst within financial services or a markets-facing environment
Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to set direction and deliver across multiple priorities
Strong working knowledge of data governance concepts such as data ownership, critical data elements, data quality, lineage, and controls
Hands-on experience with data governance or metadata management tools (e.g. Alation, Collibra, or similar)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to explain complex data topics in clear, business-focused terms
Delivery-focused, highly organised, and accountable for end-to-end outcomes
Resilient and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
