Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in ServiceNow configuration and implementation activities under the guidance of senior consultants and architectsAssist in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into ServiceNow solutionsConfigure basic ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Service PortalSupport testing activities, including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Help prepare documentation, user guides, and training materialsProvide post-go-live support and assist in issue analysis and resolutionLearn and apply ServiceNow best practices and platform standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managersRequired QualificationsFresh graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldStrong interest in ServiceNow, ITSM, and enterprise platformsBasic understanding of IT concepts (ITIL knowledge is a plus but not required)Willingness to learn configuration, workflows, and low-code/no-code developmentGood analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Willing to undergo ServiceNow training and certificationNice to Have (Not Required)Exposure to ServiceNow through school projects, internships, or self-studyBasic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or CSSFamiliarity with ITIL conceptsServiceNow Fundamentals or CSA (Certified System Administrator) training exposureAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
