As the business expands, maintaining strong compliance frameworks, safe working environments, and well-managed facilities is essential to supporting high-quality service delivery.In this role, you will work closely with operations, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure the organisation meets regulatory requirements while coordinating property leases, office maintenance, and facilities management across the business.How You’ll Make an ImpactCompliance & LegislationSupport the compliance and facilities leadership team in ensuring the organisation meets regulatory requirementsAssist in maintaining compliance with ISO9001, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, National Standards for Disability Services, and WHS regulationsHelp prepare documentation and plans for external compliance auditsMonitor lease and contractual compliance across the organisationStay up to date with legislation affecting operations across multiple statesWork Health & SafetyParticipate in monthly WHS meetingsAssist with identifying and reviewing workplace hazardsSupport the implementation of corrective actions and risk mitigationMaintain records of Fire Wardens and First Aid RepresentativesCoordinate required WHS trainingProperty ManagementSupport management of the organisation’s property portfolioMaintain relationships with landlords, vendors, and service providersAssist with lease negotiations, renewals, and market rent reviewsPrepare property and facilities reportsCoordinate office fit-outs and workspace upgradesSupport sourcing of new office locations when requiredProperty Maintenance & FacilitiesCoordinate building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedulesMaintain property inspection schedulesManage asset registers for office equipment and facilitiesSupport office construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projectsEnsure office environments meet organisational standards and branding guidelinesOperational SupportAssist leadership teams with compliance, facilities, and operational projectsSupport documentation and reporting processes to improve operational consistencyWhat We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You:(Non-negotiable requirements)Are based in the PhilippinesHave 3+ years experience in an administrative or operations coordination roleHave strong organisational and administrative skillsHave experience coordinating stakeholders, vendors, or service providersHave excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skillsAre comfortable managing multiple operational prioritiesAre a clear and professional communicatorWhat Sets You Apart – You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:Exposure to NDIS compliance frameworksExperience supporting property management or facilities coordinationExperience assisting with WHS compliance activitiesExposure to lease management or office fit-out coordinationExperience supporting multi-site organisationsWork Schedule & Employment TermsFull-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHTRemote work setup.
