Architect, design, and implement enterprise IT infrastructure to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Lead the deployment, integration, and optimization of IT systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
Develop and enforce IT architecture standards, policies, and best practices for enterprise infrastructure.
Oversee cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and hybrid environments.
Evaluate and implement IT security frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company policies.
Provide technical leadership to IT teams, guiding engineers on system design, troubleshooting, and operational improvements.
Manage backup and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring business continuity and data protection.
Optimize IT processes and automation, enhancing system performance and reducing manual interventions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and IT governance frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT architecture with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead migration projects, including Hybrid Azure AD, Exchange Online, and cloud-based solutions.
Provide expert guidance on enterprise security measures, including Jump Box deployment and endpoint protection.

5+ years of experience in enterprise IT system implementation and architecture, preferably in large-scale environments with 1000+ employees.
Expertise in Microsoft IT ecosystems, including Active Directory (AD), Exchange, Office 365, and Azure.
Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and hybrid cloud solutions.
Deep understanding of VMware Hyper-Converged architecture, VMware Horizon, and virtualization strategies.
Strong knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, particularly Veeam.
Experience with Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure and designing hybrid-cloud architectures.
Proven experience in Hybrid Azure AD implementation and Exchange Online migration.
Proficiency in Unified Endpoint Management (Intune) and modern device management strategies.
Solid understanding of IT security best practices, identity management, and Jump Box deployment.
Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks and IT governance methodologies.
Ability to analyze, design, and implement IT architectures that align with business objectives.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good English reading and writing skills are preferred.
