What you'll focus onStrategic Financial Planning
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting across multi-service revenue streams (fulfilment, shipping, warehousing, trade services, etc.).
  • Partner with Ops, Product, and Commercial teams to embed key growth drivers (order volume, CBM utilisation, manpower efficiency, integrations) into financial plans.
Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis
  • Build and maintain fully integrated 3-statement models.
  • Own rolling forecasts, sensitivity and scenario analysis.
  • Evaluate ROI for key initiatives (new service launches, cross-border expansion, fulfilment centre deployments, pricing strategies).
Performance Monitoring & Insights
  • Own monthly Actuals vs Budget reporting with clear variance analysis.
  • Translate operational and financial data into actionable dashboards and insights.
  • Support cost optimisation and scalability across the network.
Business Partnering & Decision Support
  • Act as a finance partner to business leaders to drive profitable decision-making.
  • Prepare executive- and board-level reports with clarity and precision.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Ownership & Process Improvement
  • Take full accountability for FP&A deliverables.
  • Improve FP&A processes, tools, templates, and automation.
  • Support forecast automation and predictive analytics initiatives.
What you bringExperience
  • Minimum 2 years of FP&A or related finance experience.
  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or tech environments strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to startup or high-growth environments is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modelling, pivots, scenario analysis).
  • Experience with FP&A tools and dashboards (e.g., Metabase, Anaplan).
  • Strong financial modelling capabilities, including integrated 3-statement models.
  • Comfort working with large operational datasets.
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • CFA is a plus.
