We identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and we produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.Universal Music Group is seeking an IT Administration to be based in the Philippines.About the role:Monitor IT operations such as applications, email systems, hardware, software, and network security toolsCreate custom user roles, to control access to sensitive information and enforce data securityUpgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software based on global/regional directivesProvide technical support for troubleshooting issues or problems with the applications and systems.Install firmware and security updates on servers, printers, and related networking equipmentIdentify inefficiencies in the organization’s computer network and make recommendations to address weaknessesTrain employees and onboard new hires on how to use company systems and applicationsEnsure that global/regional standards, policies, and procedures are effectively implemented and adapted at the local officeProactively check that systems and processes comply with regulatory and/or global security and risk requirementsPrepare for, and participate in, compliance audits, risk assurance visits, business continuity and disaster recovery exercises to meet internal and external stakeholder expectationsLiaise with the Regional and IT Team in the procurement of hardware and softwareDesirable Traits:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related disciplineAt least 5 years’ experience as IT Administrator or similar roleExtensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologiesSolid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system securityGood resourcefulness, analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsInterested?
