What You&aposll Do: As the Branch Manager , you&aposll be the driving force behind your branch&aposs success-working closely with the Branch Operations Officer (BOO) to ensure seamless operations while pushing for business growth. Your leadership will shape performance, client satisfaction, and long-term profitability. Your role will include: Leading day-to-day operations of the SBU alongside the BOO to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient workflows Building and expanding client relationships to increase deposits, loans, and overall branch profitability Mentoring and supervising the BOO, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards Conducting performance reviews and identifying training or personnel development opportunities Evaluating and approving monthly branch reports for accuracy and insight Leading monthly SBU meetings and actively contributing to BBG sessions Promoting and cross-selling a suite of banking products (loans, deposits, and more) Delivering top-notch customer service and proactively addressing client concerns Conducting thorough credit assessments and ensuring compliance with lending policies Managing the branch loan portfolio-identifying risks early and keeping delinquencies in check What We&aposre Looking For: A graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or any business-related course Minimum of 5 years' experience in banking, including operations, compliance, and sales At least 1 year in a managerial or leadership capacity (Branch Manager experience a plus!)
