Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will oversee the delivery of various programs and projects while ensuring effective management of services. Your typical day will involve coordinating projects through contract management, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that the strategic agenda is met with high levels of commitment and collaboration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. - Support the development of best practices and process improvements within the service management framework. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Customer Interaction Management. - Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and methodologies. - Proficient in project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze service performance metrics and implement improvements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Manila office.
