Job description As an SMSF Accountant, you will be involved in all aspects of SMSF administration, ensuring seamless reporting and lodgment with meticulous precision. You will have the opportunity to build strong knowledge and expertise navigating the complexities of SMSF framework. The SMSF Accountant will be an important member of our SMSF team. About the role: Manage daily transaction processing using BGL360 Prepare workpaper and journal entries Prepare annual financial statements, tax returns, BAS and other required compliance documents as directed Ensure compliance checklists are compiled and source documentation collected Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and stakeholders Handle audit and client queries Maintain BGL360 Client Portal and provide general support to team members About you: You must have: Tertiary qualification (preferably in accounting) Experience in SMSF accounting and administration using BGL360 Collaborative team player with demonstrated autonomy and proactive approach A desire to learn and develop knowledge and procedures Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and workflow effectively.
