  • The Assistant Digital Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation of the digital marketing plan for the brand with the end view of realizing short & medium term optimum business growth. This includes Gardenia, retail & trading brands / products.
  • Draws up annual strategic & marketing plan for digital marketing relevant to brands plans.
  • Assists Digital & PR Manager on the planning & monitoring of project targets, budgets, digital & technological trends and recommends appropriate action as they relate to the teams strategic thrusts.
  • Plans, creates, coordinates and implements digital marketing campaigns for Gardenia, Retail & Trading brands
  • Develops traffic generating & communication strategies
  • Coordinates, implements and monitors promotions, brand partnerships and customer communications including email, mobile, point of sale and other digital and social media platforms and report on results.
  • Ensures all digital promotional tasks such as member or winner prizes & competition permits are properly coordinated.
  • Creates and coordinates product & other image sample requirements to be used for website, email and other social media sites as deemed necessary.
  • Takes lead in the smooth and on-time execution of all digital efforts.
  • Assists in the development and monitoring of the companys online selling platform.
  • Monitors & ensures A&P expenses are within approved budget.
  • Gathers and analyzes constantly all relevant market data and obtains additional data when necessary.
  • Assists in varied administrative duties to support the Marketing department.
  • Prepares regular reports and submits to line manager based on agreed timelines (like mancom, project list, brand performance, budget appropriation, and management review).
  • Other tasks and duties that may be assigned upon proper coordination and training.
