This role combines long-term strategic product planning with hands-on building of solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of the product visions and roadmap, gathering business requirements, and partnering with cross-functional agile team to identify and deliver improved features within the product platform, bringing user experience to the forefront. Responsibilities: Support Product Management activities for Workday and other platforms providing HR information to our employees and managers. Assist in the delivery of key projects and enhancements, including evaluating new technologies, supporting make vs. buy analyses, and contributing to system updates and process improvements. Collaborate with functional process teams to contribute to the development and refinement of the Product Strategy and Roadmap for Workday and adjacent technologies. Help track and communicate improvements to platforms based on employee usability, process efficiency, and user feedback. Provide support to Agile teams by maintaining the product backlog, assisting in prioritizing development tasks, and helping to remove blockers for team members. Coordinate with team members and functional partners during quarterly agile planning cycles to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Partner with functional stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and support the creation of requirements documentation, system analysis, and prototypes. Contribute to the implementation of HR transformation strategies by supporting initiatives that integrate traditional HR approaches with modern technologies such as AI, GenAI, and automation. Qualifications: Must be a Bachelor's degree holder Experience supporting technical product management for enterprise systems (e.g., HCM, ERP, MRP) At least 2 years of experience within the Workday ecosystem is a MUST Familiarity with HRIS systems and the fundamentals of Product Management Strong understanding of the system development lifecycle Background in Agile methodologies and practices Experience assisting with system assessments, RFP processes, and make vs. buy evaluations is an advantage Show more Show less
