Job Title: Online Business Manager (OBM)Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Online Business Manager (OBM) to support a growing company. This role is responsible for translating the Founder's vision into structured plans, managing projects, overseeing cross-functional teams, optimizing systems, and ensuring operational excellence.This is not an administrative role. This is a leadership and integration role.The OBM will serve as the right hand to the Founder and will be responsible for driving execution across marketing, sales, delivery, and operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic ExecutionTranslate company vision into quarterly execution plansCreate and manage KPIs across departmentsEnsure alignment between sales, marketing, and operationsMonitor performance dashboards and report weekly metrics to leadershipProject & Team ManagementOversee remote team members (marketing, tech, admin, contractors)Implement structured project management systems (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.)Lead weekly team meetings and accountability check-insEnsure deadlines are met and bottlenecks are resolvedSystems & Process OptimizationAudit and streamline internal workflowsBuild SOPs and operational documentationOptimize CRM, automation, and tech stack usageImprove client onboarding and delivery systemsMarketing & Sales SupportCoordinate launch timelines and marketing campaignsTrack pipeline performance inside CRMSupport lead generation initiatives (LinkedIn, email, funnels)Ensure sales handoff to operations is smooth and documentedFinancial & Operational OversightTrack budgets and operational expensesForecast capacity planningMonitor profitability metricsSupport hiring and contractor managementTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSMust-Have Tools Experience:CRM systems (HubSpot, Go High Level, Salesforce, or similar)Project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello)Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)Slack or similar team communication toolsKPI dashboard tracking (Google Sheets, Databox, Notion, etc.)Basic understanding of automations (Zapier, Make)Preferred:Experience supporting B2B companiesExperience managing remote teamsFunnel platforms (Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Webflow, etc.)Basic financial tracking tools (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)QUALIFICATIONS3+ years experience as an OBM, Operations Manager, or IntegratorExperience working with service-based businessesProven track record of managing remote teamsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build systems from scratchStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable working US hoursEducation:Bachelor's degree preferred but not requiredRelevant operations or project management certifications are a plusIdeal Candidate TraitsHighly organized and systems-driven.Confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-moving environment.Strong communicator with a warm, professional style.Takes ownership, solves problems, and anticipates needs.Enjoys supporting growth, improving processes, and creating structure.Values long-term partnership and alignment with business goals.
