We strive to digitize and enhance our capabilities using industry-standard methodologies, ultimately driving productivity improvements and superior service in our financial accounting and reporting processes.As the IT Software Manager for Capital, Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing key strategies and solutions that directly impact our global operations. You will lead transformation initiatives, ensuring our SAP solutions deliver maximum value while adhering to compliance and governance standards. Your expertise will drive innovation and collaboration across teams and geographies, making a tangible difference in how we manage our financial systems.This role reports to the Record to Report Global IT Director. The team consists of global experts located in Costa Rica and the Philippines.Job QualificationsRoles & Responsibilities:
  • Operational Governance: Oversee SAP solutions to ensure they meet compliance requirements and deliver maximum business value.
  • Project Leadership: Serve as the IT Lead on critical global projects, driving the execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Innovation Development: Identify opportunities for innovation, develop robust business cases, and lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new ideas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business partners and strategic vendors worldwide to design, build, and validate new capabilities.
  • Requirements Translation: Ensure that functional solution requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications as part of project execution.
  • Consultancy: Provide expert consultancy and collaborate with third-level support teams for effective issue resolution in production environments.
  • Integration: Integrate both technical and functional capabilities within the SAP ecosystem, contributing to a healthy and optimized architecture.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, including incident resolution, continuous improvements, project support, and compliance activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or relevant fields
  • 3+ years of experience on SAP, FI module or ABAP development
  • Proven experience in SAP Capital & Fixed Assets solutions
  • At least functional experience with SAP S4 HANA, CDS Views, BRF+, Fiori
  • Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • ITIL Certification is preferred
  • Experience with SCRUM and / or traditional project management is desired
  • Willing to work on EMEA shift
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
