Membership Sales Associate

• Develop sales strategies within the assigned territory.
• Solicit and close sales of gym memberships.
• Being responsive to member feedback and complaints and working towards timely resolution.
• Process billing and collections.
• Prepares daily sales report, conducts audit and inventory.
• Drives retention by partnering with fitness team to introduce fitness services at point of sale.
• Complete all daily sales activities (phone calls, emails, prospecting, etc)
• Reach and surpass monthly sales targets.
• Ensure a high level of customer service.
• Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to billing and contracts.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform daily administrative duties.
