Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager, located in Pampanga. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and implementing operational policies and procedures. Other responsibilities include handling logistical tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving operational issues, and assisting in budget management and financial planning. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contact center operations or management, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Preferred Achievements: Certification in Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) or similar process improvement methodologies is highly desirable. Certification in Business Continuity Management (BCM) or related disciplines is an advantage. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other operational software.
