Location: JTI Pagbilao BranchReporting to: Territory Development LeaderWHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Drive direct sales operations for JTI to meet area volume and distribution goals.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and develop customer base in assigned territory.
- Collaborate closely with Territory Development Leader and ASM office to manage trade relationships and implement strategic plans.
- Work with Territory Development Leader, Field Marketing Executive, and Territory Executive Representative to expand consumer base.
- Ensure achievement of area target outlet coverage, SKU offtake, numeric and weighted distribution, call efficiency, outlet drop size, OOS control, and effective merchandising.
- Preferably college graduate or vocational graduate. High School graduate are welcome to apply!
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales and driving experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Passionate about achieving both individual and team goals.
- Demonstrates a strong desire and ability to learn.
- Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.
- Must hold a Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code 123 or ABC.
