In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly web pages with a strong focus on responsive design, SEO best practices, and performance optimization. You will create page designs, develop mock-ups, convert PSD files to HTML/CSS, and maintain and update existing websites.What You'll Do:Create page designs with a focus on current best practices for site navigation, website usability, imagery/graphics, and intuitive user experienceCreate mock-ups for proposed projects to be used as demosConvert PSD files to HTML & CSSMaintain and update existing websitesImplement high-quality SEO policies and follow best practices when it comes to incorporating them with content produced for websitesEnsure optimal performance across all devices through responsive designWork with the marketing team to conceptualize, create/maintai,n and publish website pagesManage analytics to ensure website pages reflect conversion rate optimization and best practices for faster website loading speeds and web visitsImplement front-end web code improvements and customizations as requested, and make sure the website is compatible with all browsers and platformsTroubleshoot, debug, and test as neededOther duties as required, to support the marketing teamWhat We're Looking For:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related fieldMid to senior-level professional with 3-5 years of relevant experienceExtensive knowledge and hands-on experience in application programmingProficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PHPProficient in Vue.js and ReactExperience with Three.js (preferred but not required)Familiarity with 3D development (preferred but not required)Strong understanding of Git and experience with version control tools (e.g., GitHub)Collaborative team player with excellent communication skillsAble to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSolid grasp of programming languages and technical terminologyCreative thinker with the ability to develop and articulate ideas clearlyStrong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challengesQuick to learn and adapt to new tools and technologiesWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, were redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
