We take pride in cultivating an environment where all team members can grow, feel heard, valued, and empowered.If you like what we’re saying, keep reading!Why is this role important to us?Product Development brings together 750+ technology professionals across 75 agile teams, leading innovation in our solutions and organization.As a .Net Developer in our Connectivity Frameworks Product Area, you’ll help design and build modern integration frameworks for SimCorp Dimension, strengthen our core infrastructure, and support clients on their Cloud journey.What You Will Be Responsible ForDesign and develop integration and connectivity solutions in close collaboration with Product Management, Architects, and peers. Build new features, refactor code, and ensure quality through reviews, testing, and best practices. Take part in backlog refinement, user story creation, and product demos. Document features and contribute to continuous improvement through learning and modern engineering practices (e.g., TDD, pair programming).What We ValueWe're looking for someone who combines technical excellence with leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should have:
  • Extensive experience in .Net/C# development.
  • Proficiency with .Net (4.7–8.0), OAuth2.0/OIDC, ASP.Net Web API, gRPC, RDBMS, logging & tracing.
  • Solid grasp of OOP, TDD, DDD, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Experience with peer reviews (knowledge of tools like SonarQube or Codescene will be good to have).
  • Understanding of security best practices for distributed systems.
  • Effective communication skills and fluency in English.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Azure cloud (API Gateway, Key Vault, Service Bus, Azure AD, AppInsights).
  • Strategic thinking and effective analytical skills focused on business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Lean Agile practices.
  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
