- Lead day-to-day healthcare BPO operations while managing and coaching a high-performing team
- Serve as the primary liaison between healthcare clients and internal teams, handling communications, issues, and escalations
- Monitor performance metrics and trends, providing insights and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular client check-ins and performance reviews to align services with evolving client needs

- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO, VA, or similar environment
- Solid people management skills focusing on attendance, performance, and team coordination
- Dependable, cooperative, and able to collaborate well with Operations and Support teams
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work onsite at either Bangkal or La Cima locations
