You will manage warm, high-intent inbound leads provided by the client, engage with affluent customers, and guide them through a multi-step consultative sales process in the top-tier hospitality and experience industry. No lead generation or cold calling is required.The role requires strong consultative selling skills, refined communication, and confidence when dealing with high-profile , and high-net-worth travellers.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Consultative SellingEngage with warm inbound leads.Conduct discovery conversations to understand travel preferences, motivations, budgets, and expectations.Present curated travel options acrossEducate clients on itineraries, inclusions, pricing tiers, and value propositions in a clear, sophisticated manner.Build trust and rapport with clients who expect high professionalism and personalized service.Manage multi-week follow-ups and nurture leads until conversion.Sales ExecutionConvert assigned inbound leads into successful bookings within defined timelines.Handle objections, clarify concerns, and guide clients toward informed decisions.Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead stages, and document all interactions.Achieve targets for conversion rate, revenue, lead progression, and customer satisfaction.Pipeline ManagementManage multiple customer conversations simultaneously throughout 1–4 week sales cycles.Ensure timely follow-ups, clear communication, and proactive next steps.Coordinate with tour operators for booking finalization and client handoff once a sale is closed.Qualifications & Experience Core Requirements:Minimum 2+ years' experience in sales or client-facing roles, ideally in hospitality, real estate, financial services, or other consultative/high-ticket sales is a plus.Good spoken and written English; clear, neutral accent preferred (approx.
