Code Review and Testing:

Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability and scalability
Implement unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Optimize application performance and scalability
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
6+ years of experience in full-stack development
2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role
Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organizational and time management abilities
Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in both frontend (React) and backend (java).
Solid knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with package managers like Yarn and npm
Good in microservice and ui design using html css js
Full-Stack Development:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, nextjs, html, css, js)
Expertise in back-end frameworks in Java microservice.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Preferred Qualification:

Full-Stack Development:

Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
