Tagaytay and Timberland Highlands Resort. * Responsible for the management of social media accounts, brand website and other digitalmarketing efforts (Content marketing, EDM, etc.) for the managed brands of Chroma Hospitality,
Inc. with a focus on Quest Hotel, Tagaytay and Timberland Highlands Resort and other upcoming
properties. * Social Media account management includes writing of captions for posts, creation of socialmedia calendar, uploading/posting of content, community management, graphic design if
needed and social media analytics (Insights). * Directly coordinates with hotel properties (Quest Hotel, Tagaytay and Timberland HighlandsResort and other upcoming properties) for contribution on F&B promos, Rooms promos and
other materials (e.g. property awards, operating hours, announcements etc.) and other projects
needed by the properties. * Contributes to the overall success and effectivity of marketing communications strategies bygiving input on the latest trends and industry benchmarks. * Assists the Digital Marketing Manager in preparing month end reports focusing on PR, social media and other digital marketing efforts.
- Assists in copywriting for press releases, blogs and presentation decks for group-wide
- Assists in the overall success of the Marketing Communications division through creative inputs
Highlands Resort. * Any additional requirements related to Marketing Communications as deemed necessary by themanagement.QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.
- With relevant experience in the same or similar marketing communications role.
- Strong creative and technical skills in campaign development, copywriting, and content creation across digital and traditional platforms.
- Proficient in marketing tools, design software, and analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City.
