Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!Reporting to: Team ManagerA SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLEWhat your day could be like:Contact customers to secure and document important dataHandle customer information in conjunction with data privacy and compliance policiesUtilize online support tools to research data, maintain accurate notes, and track or log key process steps and statusesPerform workload in accordance with daily deadlines and expectationsProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.Engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information and manage the call according to training.Accurately enter customer information into system database.Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every dayA BIT ABOUT YOUHas prior experience with telephone-based customer service (preferred)Passionate about delivering excellent customer serviceHas Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSpeaks clearly, while being friendly and courteousHas strong listening skills – attentive to the details, asks clarifying questions and help problem solveProficient in computers and has strong typing skillsExperience with CRM software is an advantageAdaptable and accountableRemains calm under pressure and can think and react quickly, especially in times of distress for customersManages difficult or emotional customers in a calm, polite and professional mannerResponds to constructive feedback in a positive and professional mannerA quick learner and can apply new skills quicklyHas the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasksThrives in a fast-paced environmentWork extended/flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as necessary to meet customers’ needsWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEHigh customer satisfaction and efficiency rating.Excellent feedback from customersAchievement of KPIsJoin the A-Team and experience the A-Life!
