Following these steps carefully will help avoid any delays or disqualification.RequirementsExperience Needed:-Serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier for the cofounders, keeping them prepared, focused, and informed-Leverage AI tools to accelerate tasks like summarizing meetings, extracting action items, and drafting followups- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and events across time zones-Organize and execute multiple concurrent projects with a strong attention to detail-Build, improve, and document company wide processes, resources, and systems including the internal intranet-Support marketing and go to market initiatives such as coordinating content calendars, assisting with social and brand tasks, and tracking lead generation and pipeline activities-Research and recommend tools, vendors, and thoughtful solutions across various business areas-Own executive travel planning including drafting itineraries, booking travel, and preparing briefing documents-Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and personal tasks-Foster smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholdersGood to have:-Experience supporting marketing or go to market efforts such as managing content calendars, updating social media, coordinating outreach, or supporting lead pipelines-Ability to draft light content such as social posts or internal communications-Familiarity with SaaS or HR tech industries-Strong research skills for tools, vendors, or customer gift sourcing-Natural systems thinker who enjoys building clarity from complexityNon-negotiable Requirements:-Minimum 7 years of experience supporting senior executives or founders in high growth, fast paced environments-Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills-Proactive and self motivated with a no task too big or small mindset-Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure-Skilled at handling confidential information with sound judgment-Excellent communication and writing skills-Comfortable working in a tech forward, remote environment using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and AI assistantsIndustry/Tools Experience:- Google Workspace (proficient use required).- Slack.BenefitsWe’re all about uplifting lives in Coconut and we make sure we provide benefits that support work-life balance, well-being, and growth.
