- Responsible for the health, performance, and end-to-end P&L management of HC Surf Fabclean, including topline sales delivery, gross margin improvement projects, and brand & marketing investments management to deliver bottom line profits. Monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P’s). Recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.
- Leads weekly project task force meetings, both to internal and external stakeholders, to monitor brand operations, ensuring agreed deployment plans are progressing as planned OTIF.
- Lead their part of the business in the monthly S&OP cycles (Activity & Demand Review, Local Sales & Operations Meeting) including sales analysis and spotting of issues and opportunities.
- Leads opportunity spotting, as well as creation and progress of projects that fall within NRM, PPA.
- Lead their part of the business in the annual One Plan Brand Audits.
- Support the CSP team with the Surf Fabclean Category Strategy, localizing the Category Growth Story, valuating the Category Growth Drivers, and coming up with the 8-Quarter Plan, with corresponding trade support.
- Leads a multifunctional team to implement the plan in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans.
- Spearheads the creation and development of the Surf Fabclean Brand Marketing Plans, in alignment with GAP framework and MYIPs.
- New Brand/Format Launches/Extensions (as necessary)
- Variant/Pack Innovation/ Renovation within existing portfolio
- Campaign development and deployment including but not limited to traditional media, digital, social and below the line executions.
- Responsible for legal and regulatory compliance in accordance to ASC, FDA, DTI etc.
- Leads OTIF PLE review of launched projects, with a point of view on course corrective actions or step up plans.
