Ensure ingredients and equipment are in good condition. Comply with all quality control and food safety laws. Assist in mixing and assembly of ordered food and beverage items. Follow standard recipes served at the bar. Coordinate promptly with Supervisor and Baristas for instructions on event services. Manage transactions with customers using POS system. Collect payments whether in cash or credit and issue receipts or refunds. Inventory management including supplies inventory, supplies labeling and receiving deliveries from Commissary. Observe proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures at all times. Maintain proper personal hygiene at all times. Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
