- Handle inquiries about telephone service, wireless reception, dial-up Internet connectivity and billing issues
- Log all calls and requests for monitoring and follow-ups.
- Monthly fixed salary package P18,000

- With or without BPO experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule. Willing to be assigned Cebu.
