Job Summary:We are looking for a Trainer to facilitate engaging and effective training sessions that enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training programs, coaching employees, and ensuring a smooth learning experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with experience in delivering training in a corporate or customer service environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct training sessions for new hires, upskilling programs, and refresher courses.Deliver engaging and interactive training using various formats, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning, and workshops.Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.Collaborate with the Training & Quality Manager to update and improve training materials.Maintain training records and track employee progress.Support employees with coaching and on-the-job training as needed.Ensure training aligns with company goals, industry standards, and best practices.Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness.RequirementsProven experience as a Trainer, Learning Facilitator, or in a similar role.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage learners and adapt training techniques to different learning styles.Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, if applicable] is a plus.Proficiency in training tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual training platforms.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:

Full-time position, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City or BGC, Taguig City

Must be willing to work in a rotating shift
