With over 30 years of experience in semiconductor innovation, we bring that purpose to life across every part of the business—from breakthrough product development and customer success to how we show up for each other and the communities we serve.What You Will Do:Performs engineering analysis, disposition, bench verification and corrective action on low yield, maverick, and CI reject lots.Interfaces with U.S. counterparts on engineering issues such as low yield and maverick lots, CI rejects evaluation, test program problems, hardware, and system related problems.Performs qualification of the following: (1) New product (2) new test systems (3) new test software (4) new hardwareInteracts with other department concerning product-related issues.Designs and modifies test systems and equipment as needed, to eliminate processing errors.Submits weekly/monthly performance report.Writes test/process specification in accordance with company documentation policies.Issues specific product information for testing and processing.Maintains and generates product documentation.Initiates systems, procedures, and services for continuous improvement.Who You Are:Higher Diploma / degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent semicon experienceExtensive hands-on experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) repair and product/equipment characterization utilizing basic statistical methods and SPCKnowledge on the use of advanced statistical techniques for machine assessments such as MSA and FMEA
