Visit our careers site to learn more about how your moment matters at Cebu Pacific: Cebu Pacific Air Primary Responsibilities: Lead and support enterprise-level strategic initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business performance, identify strategic opportunities, and implement solutions. Drive analysis of organizational challenges, synthesize insights, and recommend high-impact actions. Develop dashboards and tracking tools for strategic project monitoring and governance. Facilitate strategy workshops, executive-level discussions, and stakeholder engagement sessions. Support the VP of Corporate Strategy in aligning corporate goals with operational capabilities. Ensure sustainability principles and emerging trends are embedded in key initiatives. Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, documentation, and presentation of strategic findings. Act as a strategic advisor and change enabler, ensuring alignment and buy-in from diverse stakeholders. Lead stakeholder engagement and management across departments, acting as a key liaison for change management and initiative implementation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) is an advantage. At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, transformation, consulting, or financial planning roles Must have experience in digital transformation and system migration.
